Domestic Shipping (Within India):

    • We offer free shipping on all orders within India.

    • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  4. Shipping Partners:
    • We partner with reputed courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery of your products.
  5. Tracking Orders:
    • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can use these details to track your order online.
  6. Failed Delivery Attempts:
    • Our courier partner will attempt to deliver the package three times before returning it to us. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

International Shipping:

General Shipping Information:

    • Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate and complete. PHULKKI is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
  2. Order Delays:
    • In case of any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email or phone.
  3. Shipping Restrictions:
    • Currently, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
  4. Multiple Shipments:
    • If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure timely delivery. You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.

 

 Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

You can initiate a return within 48 hours of the product being delivered.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Accessories, bags, blouses, and footwear are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Sarees with stitched blouses are non-returnable.
  • Customized and personalized products are non-returnable.

For all other products, please refer to the product page for specific return terms.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Products must be in their original condition and include all labels and tags intact.
  • Petticoat charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns should only be for items that are damaged/defective or are entirely different from what is shown online.
  • All returns are subject to approval.

  • For customers within India, all prices specified on the website are inclusive of GST.

Refund Process:

  • You will receive your refund within 7 to 10 days.
  • Please Note: Once the product has been picked up, it takes 5-7 working days for the product to reach our warehouse where it undergoes a Quality Check to ensure it is in original condition with all labels and tags intact. As soon as this process is completed, the refund will be initiated to your account within 48 hours.
